What is a logo neon sign?

A printed logo is not copied into neon as is; it is reworked so it can be drawn with light. Solid areas become outlines, gradients become flat colors, and very fine details and small text are simplified. The result is a sign that keeps the silhouette people recognize as your brand and still reads in the dark.

Where will your logo go?

This category is not only LED neon. Where the logo will sit largely decides which technique makes sense:

  • Interior wall, behind the till, reception: Most logo projects use LED neon. It is the most flexible option for logos that can be drawn as lines, including script and icons.
  • Shop window: LED neon hung in the window makes the logo visible from the street. If the window gets direct sun, tell us up front.
  • Beauty and hair salons: Mirror / acrylic neon puts the logo on a mirror, so it works as decor and as a usable surface. This option is for indoor use.
  • Facades and long viewing distances: Bold logos built from solid shapes suit channel letters; colorful, detailed logos sit more comfortably on a lightbox.

These options do not have to compete. Some businesses use channel letters or a lightbox on the facade and an LED neon version of the same logo inside, so the brand speaks the same language from across the street and up close. If you are unsure, send your logo with a photo of the spot where the sign will go, and we will choose the technique together.

What makes a logo translate well to neon

Not every logo moves to neon with the same ease. A few signs that the draft will go smoothly:

  • Your logo is still recognizable as thin, single-color lines.
  • There is enough space between lines; the glow can merge lines that sit too close.
  • Your brand colors can be reduced to one or two main colors.
  • Small slogans and secondary text can stay off the sign.

We cover line weight, color limits and viewing distance with examples in turning your logo into a neon sign.

Preparing your file

Send a vector file if you can (SVG, PDF or AI). If you do not have one, a high-resolution PNG with a clean background also works. Small images saved from social media have blurry edges, which makes redrawing the lines harder. If your logo has horizontal, stacked or single-color versions, share them all. Adding the name of your font and your brand color code also speeds up the draft; we pick the closest tone in the neon palette together.

Uploading your logo and getting a quote

  1. Upload your file in the logo mode of our design tool. Mark whether your logo is simple or detailed, choose the technology and width, and preview it on a wall, a shop window or a photo of your own space.
  2. Send the design by WhatsApp or the form, and note where the sign will go.
  3. We adapt your logo for neon. The draft shows which details were simplified and which colors were chosen.
  4. Once you approve the draft, your sign is made in our workshop in Kağıthane, Istanbul, and we plan delivery and installation with you.

For logo work, price depends on size, total line length, number of colors, the backboard and installation needs. We do not publish prices on the site; after reviewing your logo, we share the price by WhatsApp, Instagram or phone. For more on these factors, see what determines neon sign prices.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, and it is a common choice. If the symbol and the wording together look crowded, turning only the part that carries the brand into neon makes the sign easier to read and cleaner. We decide which part leads together at the draft stage.

Yes. In one of our example projects an illustration was UV-printed onto the backboard and the neon logo was set over it. We assess whether that suits your design once we have seen your file.

Yes. Once your logo has been adapted for neon, we send you a draft that shows which lines were simplified and which colors were chosen. Nothing goes into production without your approval.

Yes, for example one for a wall and a smaller one for the reception desk. At a smaller size the details sit closer together, so extra simplification may be needed. Just mention both sizes when you ask for a quote.
