Personal data processed

The following data is processed through the quote or contact form:

• Identity and contact details: name, phone number, optional e-mail address
• Optional details: company name, city
• Request details: note or message, product of interest, summary of the design configuration you created (text, size, colour, etc.), page language, consent flag
• Optionally, an uploaded logo or design file (PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF; up to 4 MB)
• Transaction security data: IP address (held only temporarily in server memory to prevent abuse and not stored permanently)

The hosting provider may process technical log data as part of operating the service.

• Responding to your quote and information requests
• Preparing offers
• Communicating with you about your order and design
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Keeping the website secure

Legal bases

Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases under Article 5 of KVKK:

Method of collection

Your data is collected electronically through the quote and contact form on the website, as submitted by you. Form data is not stored in a website database; it is delivered to our business by e-mail.

Transfer of personal data

Your personal data may be transferred to the following recipients:

• E-mail delivery provider (Resend, Inc.): to deliver form submissions to our business by e-mail
• Hosting provider: to operate the website
• Legally authorised public bodies and institutions: where required by law

Transfers within Türkiye are made within the framework of Article 8 of KVKK.

The e-mail provider’s servers may be located outside Türkiye (e.g. in the USA). This transfer is made within the framework of Article 9 of KVKK and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.

Retention period

Your personal data is kept for a reasonable period after your request has been concluded and for the periods required by applicable legislation; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• To request deletion or destruction of your data under Article 7 of KVKK
• To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred
• To object to an outcome against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
• To claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

How to apply

You can send your requests in writing to Emre Neon Reklam, Çeliktepe, Derya Sok. No:13/b, 34413 Kağıthane/İstanbul. We may ask for additional information or documents to verify your identity.

Your application will be concluded as soon as possible depending on the nature of the request, and within thirty days at the latest. If you find the response insufficient or no response is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) within thirty days of learning the response, and in any case within sixty days of the application date.
