This policy summarises the data Emre Neon Reklam processes when you use the website at https://emreneon.com. For details, please see the Personal Data Notice (KVKK).

General information

The website has no user accounts, online payment or e-commerce checkout. Your personal data is processed only when you contact us to request a quote or information.

What data do we collect?

When you fill in the quote or contact form, the following information is sent to us:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Optionally, your e-mail address, company name and city
  • Your note or message and your consent flag
  • The design summary you created in the configurator (text, size, colour, etc.) and the product you are interested in
  • The page language
  • Optionally, a logo or design file you upload (PNG, JPEG, SVG or PDF, up to 4 MB)

How is form data processed?

Your form submission is delivered to our business as an e-mail through an e-mail delivery provider (Resend, Inc.). Form data is not stored in a website database. An uploaded file is attached to that e-mail and is not stored on the website servers.

The e-mail provider’s servers may be located outside Türkiye (e.g. in the USA). This transfer is made within the framework of Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.

WhatsApp, phone and Instagram

When you click a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message. Sending it is entirely your choice. Conversations on WhatsApp are processed under WhatsApp/Meta’s own terms and privacy policy.

Phone calls and Instagram messages are likewise subject to the terms of the respective service providers.

Design choices, IP address and technical logs

Your configurator choices may be kept in the URL or in your browser so that you can share your design.

Your IP address is held only temporarily in server memory for abuse prevention (rate limiting) and is not stored permanently.

The hosting provider may process technical log data as part of operating the service.

Purposes and retention

Your data is processed to respond to quote and information requests, prepare offers, communicate about your order and design, fulfil legal obligations and keep the website secure.

Your data is kept for a reasonable period after your request has been concluded and for the periods required by applicable legislation.
